Description
My first love in arts was oil paints and I had tired of them after some time, moved to water colors and this was one of a series of water/landscapes I did. The original scan was a bit on the grey/green scale, I did enhance the color a wee bit adding more blue to tone it. Other than that this is a copy of the original and one of my favorites.
Hope you all enjoy.

I can see why it's one of your favorites. It's definitely my favorite work by you. Just wonderful!
Lovely work - good control as well. What is the size of the original? Excellent.
An enlightening image. Thank you for sharing.
:) Thank you all, the original is 4 by 6, inches. I love doing tiny ones, as I have more control over the brushes. :) Thank you dragonfly, abm and monjo.
Very very beautiful ! Yes this one is definately one of your best in here up untill now ! It is so lovely I simply adore the flowers in it. The rain in the distance is done so well too. The difference in light and shadow makes it come alive. The colors are fragile and yet so strong. I simply Love this one !! :)
Very beautiful, very soft, yet stirring, well done!
Oh cc ...you know that your watercolor landscapes are my very favorite CC pictures! This one is gorgeous with all of my favorite blues and purples...it's just beautiful! The sky, the flowers, the water and the rain are all EXCELLENT!!! :-)
