Fantastic image scott , i love the model and composition , Very creative work:-)
lookin' good..the scale of some of the people is different..but we're talking surrealism here, is that so bad? there have been several 3d models of 'relativity' made so far, and posted..do a search on 'Escher' in the galleries to see.. with varying levels of accuracy, but this works..like the original as a painting in it..good nod to Escher..
Fantastic work of art and tribute!!!!!V
Stunning work :-o More than excellent!!!!
Great idea, Scott! Excellent done!
very fresh upgrade on the MC ESCHER classic. ESCHER one of my all time favorites, and normally i would say, dont mess with perfection. but this is a different medium and youve managed to put your own stamp on this...i dig it. i dont like it when ted turner takes a classic b&w movie and "colorizes" it. but this is pretty cool. an ANDY WARHOL, SIMS, MC ESCHER contribution. good job
I cannot recall if Escher did implement a Moebius tape in his original that causes the impossibility of copying it in any 3D world, but anyway, yours is 'real' 3D, no cheats, and your fantastic arrangement, composition and lighting does it all. What a huge amount of work, of feeling and of cleverness! I'm in awe. And... I love the cats!
