This is an incredible piece of work! There are only 2 things I don't really like: the terrain seems to get washed out due to the atmo and I'd choose other colors in the atmosphere...but ok, that's just me :) The clouds, water and pov are really awesome, splendid job!
imo the clouds and the haze don't fit together. would like to see this one without them... well, actually agree with above ;)

The idea with the double render is great. But I think the contrast from the mountains up to the sky is to hard. Try to add a hazy stripe approx 1 cm from the mountain to the sky, with a soft selection. It is very simple with PS or PSP. Then it look more natural and harmonic. The render of the terrain and the surface are really excellent!!!!! I love also the atmo/colours....

J'aime bien le terrain et l'eau, un peu moins les nuages ! C'est toujours un peu difficile ces nuages tr sombres.
i love this image. the way the atmosphere create sthe depth of the larger mountain in the background and the smaller hill or mountain in the foreground are great. i really like that. it gives a great sense of scale. everything is just beautiful. great job

There are many ideas above. Many worthy of a try. But, as is, this is a very nice composition!
Clouds are little bit..strong..for this peaceful landscape under it..from my sight. Anyway..this is perfect image with cool terrain and beautiful water.
