Description
Thanks for viewing.
I submitted this one this morning but just wanted to add more. Not much... the ravens, some fog, better texturing, rescaling, changing trans maps... oh, well. Hope you like.
This image started out as an experiment in HDRI but I dropped that and went straight for Global Illumination. I wanted to create an eerie atmosphere without the image being darkened out.

Hang on... hang on... last minute update... couldn't decide between the sepia or the colour version... so here they both are :). You can throw the one you don't like.

I love both of them, but if I HAD to pick, - i'd pick the color one - my eyes just seem to travel though it better, and I think it has better contrast =) V
Fantastic work....
Excellent image. I prefer the sepia myself.
It is much better now ... I prefer the sepia too.
I always love your art and this one is no exception. I like the sepia to. I think it is because I grew up watching the old black and white horror flicks. Vote
Well done, Scott! I prefer the sepia version however I'd increase the contrast a little bit. :)
Actually like the sepia tone better to express the subject! Spooky! :))
Wow, this is excellent work Scott, I like both, but prefer upper one, reminds me first movie with Dracula - Nosferatu

Really first class presentation, great creative image. Dave
Great stuff! I lean towards the color version because it appears to have more depth. There's a nice eerie atmosphere in the image that's not very easy to achieve.
extraordinary feeling :)
WOW! Stunning images - persionally I prefer the sepia version - looks like those old vampire films.
