Description
The Sunslayer is the Alucards' oldest model. Still in production, its proven record in combat have made it the mainstay of heavy assault missions as well as a worthy defensive weapon for most bomber raids. It is generally outfitted with 6 Shezara guns (+2 rear/turret Manishu's) and 2 Dargon missile bays. Its three Khardam engines can thrust it into the stratosphere. With the War of the Worlds in full swing, the Alucard Air Force has no plans of retiring this venerable and powerful fighter.

Most certainly my best work to date, at least presentation-wise. The gunship is something I've been putting together for the past 2 days, all Wings3D as usual. The entire mesh is about 190k faces, which makes it a light 20mb or so (or was it 40?). Needless to say that I had to split it in half in order for Wings to be able to export it. I am probably (and most certainly) going to include it as a freebie once I figure out the bandwidth it's gonna take. What else... Obviously a lot of postwork, but I feel the render itself hasn't lost much. Rendered with a radiosity semi-dome and an faked hdri. Enjoy it, give my website a visit every now and then (as well as my freebie repository here onsite) for its release :)
