Description
Howdy ya'll! This is the color render of a previous b&w posting. Last night I decided that my CafePress store needed a new item, so I whipped up a T-shirt featuring this lovely (and lethal!) lady. She is, of course, the Arizona Character available at the Daz3D Platinum Club. The gun is a freebie by Questor (also from Daz3D).
Lots of postwork compositing multiple renders as I tried to get the right mix of highlights and shadows. The background "paper" is an original I threw together for some wanted posters I created a while back. The image in the background is from a scan of a VERY old Western Pulp magazine (thank you, ebay) that is now in the public domain. We've actually adopted a modified version of the cowboy figure as our company logo.
Gutshot is, of course, the Wild West miniatures game I'm working on. Now that the rules are mostly written, I'll be spending a lot more time on Western-themed images in the next three months as we get ready for publication.
