Comment from 2015: If you're cringing at the baked in speculars on the outfit, try to remember Poser 4 didn't have a specular map node. That lit-up crease in the elbow would have easily been solved otherwise. No idea what texture Posette's wearing here but her cleavage hails from the era of "let's fake morphs with baked in speculars." Also what the hell's going on with the low-res, overscaled brick texture here and zero bump map?
