Description

Today we are passed to the Art of Gentile da Fabriano with this Virgin's Crowning (1420)-Los Angeles- Paul Getty Museum . Gentile for me is literally a "stunning" painter for the large use of "gold" in his great paintings. He didn't spare himself also in this "Crowning" about "gold"..as You see..My idea was to enforce the "pure" symbolism of the dove with animals representing "purity". Who better than a white swan and a peacock, naturally offered on a "golden" plate by DAZ! I offer this to enjoy your souls!! Doriano
