Yes, it is FINALLY done! Was a pain in the arse, but worth it, I think. It is a little messy here and there, but...you can only really notice if you look close enough :p And thanks for those who left comments and ideas - the shadow idea seems to have come out well!
Questions, comments and ideas always welcome!
Enjoy!
Pencils by me, colored with photoshop 7.
Aliens belongs to H.R Giger...blah blah blah...

WOW! This is very impressive and amazing. Fantastic posing and coloring. Excellent work!
Now there's something you don't see every day.
WOw!! THis is amazing!!! Only one thing bothering me though; I think the woman looks too big compared to the Alien. I feel the image would have been absolutely perfect if she were smaller. Excellent work!!!
Wonderful work, love the painting detail. I think the scale is perfect for this pose range. Great to see your work again.
OH! This is hot! - Gazzy!
Personally I think the sizes of both subjects is just fine. Aliens come in all sizes. Now the woman's face looks strangly like someone I know. Always take suggestions but never change your work because someone doesn't like or approve of it. Be true to yourself as your art is a part of you. Uncle T.........
Really nice work sythe. I liked the original one too. Have to agree with grunge about the scale of the woman, I feel that if the alien were slightly bigger it would lend a bit of gravitas to its role as protector (but that's just my opinion LOL!) Top work!
oooooooooo this looks fab!
This is EXCELLENT !!! I like the colors, the scene ... Excellent work
Awesome work, the alien is very very detailed!
As a lon gtime Giger art fan, I'm always interested in how other artists interpret his work. This is very much like a scene in the last alin movie, when sigorney WEaver, the hybrid Alien/Human falls into the Queens (her daughter) nest and is entangled in the hundreds of aliens that have been born. Anyway.. I love the comic twist to this, personally... very nice work!
excellent!!well done.
