Made in PSP 7.
This was a practice piece of mine, I was working with, until I realized, that it wasn't coming out half bad. LOL. Then I got more serious.
This is how I did it:
I used my mouse to draw the tulips, using the draw tool, with a bezier curve. If you make each line is own raster layer, it is easier to move them into position, so the lines are touching, then your able to color it in. Then I added my plug in effects.
I wanted to explain that, because I know some of you have wondered and have asked me.
