Description
This was completely by accident! I was playing around with polygon shapes, some deformers, shaders and lights and all of a sudden I had this. Cinema 4D XL 8.5 with colour adjustments in Photoshop.

Man I love abstractions and this really rocks!!I hope that accidents like this will happen more often to you.. ;)
I guess not all accidents are a bad thing. Do I detect a little SSS thrown in for good measure? A couple of those fins have a nice warm glow about them.
Like a Tolkien tribe warship. Very nice indeed! :)) Strata
Yes, sometimes accidents can be fun :) I didn't use any SSS in the material, the glow comes from level and layer adjustments in Photoshop.
That's quite a wonderful accident Anders! - I love it! - it definitely has a fantasy warship look about it as well as a dragon! :)
I find this ~~Mysterious, Magical & Beautiful~~ Love the colors... EXCELLENT!!
Very interesting Anders. Love to see more of it! Looks a little like you weren't the only one to have an 'accident! LOL VH
Most 3D art, including my own, I would never consider hanging on my wall. But this I definately would. Lovely image.
This is a beautiful abstract! A fantastic accident!
