Description
Just playing around with new fonts, making an 'announcement for an event' poster. Use of 'space' is quite liberal, so earth is allowed!
-*-
With Photoshop and Bryce, many layers, using 'screen', 'burn', and 'normal' modes in a stack. Text colors are selected from the background image. Microgramma bold extended and House Industries Neutra Display Expert fonts!

Far out, freakin' incredible work of art!!! The background is so realistic!!! And those space vehicles are perfect!!! Man you really went all out playing around with those fonts!!! A top-notch design!!! Vote!
Lovely composition and excellent modelling, background and design. A work very executed well. "my vote" Congratulations !
Real nice. The good thing is you never used more than 2 different kinds of font on one image.I'd say 3 is max....But I don't feel you should have the : after Space.I also think that you could have left a little more image at the top.Your name seems to appear cut off in a sort of way.The way you brought the blue panel out of the image in bottom is a great effect. This might also look good with your big J.Hope you don;t mind my 2Cents. Be a nice front page for website too.
watchin what you do, I realize I could never ever do not even a decent wallpaper. I can try an entire life.. I won't :)
One incredible work of art. Your post is phenomenal. V

yummy.I think I want to see this one framed and hanging in our art gallery soon.
Very much agree with bigkahuna on this. Very cool piece of graphics Jim!
From the thumbnail I thought this was a magazine cover, such as asimov's or analog.
