To increase the quality of your pics you may render bigger size (1280960 for unregistered version) with full detail and post your pics in 1024768. I like the sky here! :-)
I agree with HeikoH, the sky is very nice ! Water looks a little bit too rough again. For the surface, try to reduce the "fractal noise" in the advanced settings of the surface. The surface will be more homogeneous imo. Keep go on !

Love your colors and it's a good try for the ice look. That's very difficult in Terragen anyway.
