Wow, good job. the only thing I might change is to lower the brightness around the right eye (her right). Other than that I think this is a very well done image.

There we go! Grip is a little loose, but considering the position of the weapon, a loose grip is suitable. Definitely well done!

beautiful image. One tiny tiny tiny comment. totally anal retentive, feel free to disregard. her finger is pulling the trigger. either the rifle is empty or should be firing. I'd just extend the trigger finger flat in a more realistic "ready" posistion.
