Description
Next edition of "name that cactus!" They are fairly common here in FL, but I've not been able to find it online to figure out it's name. Strange.
Anyhow, this one doesn't look like a Star Wars character, but I really liked the way the sun shone behind the budding flowers so....here you are!

Oh yes, the sun's position really sets a wonderful mood here. Excellent capture, Kort! Looks like you'll have lots of cacti flowers soon...looking forward to those! ;-)
Great POV...great shot:)
Excellent persepctive.O))
Oh great, it looks like Yoda (LOL!) A really good movement and dynamic and this incredible sun behind is terrific and make me thirsty (desert sun like) and the blue flares on the cactus... the whole is very impressive, I vote !
Ive missed your posts lately. This one is nearly surreal, looks an alien creature ready to sprout something. Superb contrast and very well managed.
great pov& sunspots!! xcellent cactus shot!! :]
I'm no help with its name either, but I DO like your photo. Nice POV
Excellent photo and shot!
The heat this spiky friend usually knows to cope is perfectly suggested by the high position of the sun. Wonderful shot!
Indeed, super pov...sorry, i cannot help you with the name!
Cactus flowers are beautiful... great use of light!
