Description
7'x2' door that I did an oil painting on several years ago. I still own this one. Its huge. A friend took a photo and I scanned and uploaded it, shot it through Paint Shop Pro8 and Painter8 and used APOPHYSIS flames that I rendered for the texture work and some coloring...with my Wacom tablet. I hope you enjoy it.

Awesome work, Laura - there's so much to see! Thank you.
This is an outstanding piece of artwork. The serpent winding down through the vines is amazing.
Poor little birdie, so unaware. Beautiful. It holds images of innocence and it's loss, of Summer, of beginnings and endings...just wonderful.
Very nice painting, Laura. I see you've put the tablet to good use.
I like the way so many different things have combined to produce an intergrated image.
This is unreal! You actually hand painted this on a door??? I'm awestruck - VERY cool!
