Description
Mom and dad could fly and I was so curious that I tried it myself. I tumbled out of the nest, hurt my wing badly and after a walk I fell into a pond.
I was rescued and brought to the Gallery where they prepared me a nice stick to sit on with a beautiful view.
The two cats where not allowed anymore to go upstairs, so I had time to recover.

Lovely image! poor little pigeon...thank goodness for such a sweetie like you to care for him!!!!
A ever, emotional, esthetic and sensitive shot. I don't feel this image sad, this is full of hope and humanity. Thanks Madeleine.
Oh - poor little thing. Even though I normally don't like pigeons too much, I really feel sorry for him. So do you need a new door now since the cats tried to scratch their way through the old one?
Poor Birdie. Poor Kitties!

It just goes to show that even pigeons make us feel protective when they're our pigeons. :-) Very kindly of you. And a great shot. Wish I had that view!
Sounds like it is almost recovered already. It was very lucky to met such a warm hearted family. Ok, some are more warm hearted by not letting them up, but others are! Great view for the lucky little guy.
Aw, that's so nice :-) I'm glad you helped out this little guy.
