Description
Not sure how big this series will be. This is a trip to the Botanical Gardens about a month ago. We had visitors from the 'old country' who were fascinated by all the bluebonnets along the roadways. Natcherly, they wanted to see more plants, so . . . .
Note on weather: brilliant, cloudless day. This tends to come out looking very overcast. I do the best I can, but still not satisfied with the distance shots. Any suggestions????
Enjoy; thanks for viewing.

hey wees... the last shot i posted of sarah was at botanical gardens... did they ever put the water & koi back in? a polarizer filter works well on these bright TX skies :]
Love your composition here. Cynlee is right, a polarizer filter does help but if you're doing any post work on your pictures (Photoshop, etc) I have a filter for Photoshop that works like a camera filter. It's at www.chromasoftware.com and is the Photographic Filter plug-in.
I think this is a beautiful image!!! beautiful trees and skyline. Cynlee is right...a polarizer filter will help you so much. You'll be able to take these photos and keep your crystal clear blue skies. And these filters are actually pretty cheap. Ours cost us $12...manufacturer is Cokin. It's a plastic one, but it still does the job. I'm not sure how much the glass ones are.
