Description
First off, before I forget again, I want to thank all of you that voted on 'How?' and made it hit the top twenty. I'm extremely honored that you liked it so much. Thank you! NOW this little Apo stumped me title-wise, but when I started playing with the background in PSP, the motion blur caught my eye, so since it sorta looks like a fan, and it has a motion blur(NOW!q-:), it got its name.
