Description
Thanks for viewing.
This image started as an experiment on getting more into a scene by reducing the amount of polygons in the objects. I was struggling with getting 3 horses, but cut their complexity down to 1/3 and now have managed 21 horses. Starting again to get hard to control and un-stable {pun}.
Then worked on some light effects.
That test out of the way, I can now try doing some other images that require more complexity but can be achieved using same method.

Cool, Scott! Love the feeling of panic and movement. Did you decimate the meshes in Pro?
Awesome! That's truely panic. I'm not missing a single polygon. ;)
Djeser, yes, decimated in Pro.
I love the sky, the atmosphere is wired and the water looks excellent! :)
Well done scene. Love the horses and lighting.
So fantstic lighting and composition!!
Wonderful lighting and POV! Is that the MilHorse? and what is a Brumbie?
"What is a Brumbie?", she asks. Well? It's obviously a polygon-decimated horsie! Weren't you paying attention, Wendy? LOL! Very dynmamic render, Scott! Lighting works perfectly here and so does the pun '-)!
Excellent test. I have been running a few of my own. Well done, and I look forward to seing your future renders:)
Outstanding work Scot!
for coa and spider1313... close, but no cigar on the "a polygon-decimated horsie".
brumby, brumbie, brumbee. n. wild horse. From the Hutchinson Encyclopaedia.
Good guess, though ;)
