I agree very good for a first i do plenty of oils and can i suggest when doing skin tones put in some under painted green and blue and it will tye it to the background colour exellent
For the first time: very nice work! But in "oil" you should dont use the same paintstyle like pastel or something. You can more modellize the character and give him more deepness. Dont be shy to experiment... If you will kreate photos you should use airbrush or something else. If you use oil express yourself! this is only my opinion, sorry it smells like critism, but it isn't. Go on!!!
hay critism is ok with me. thats why i post here to get feedback on my work. as for airbrush i dont realy like it to much. this picture was done with bal sitting in front of me it was just a test of what i could do as i work in pencil mainly.
Fantastic first! You should be very proud. I suggest you frame it, hang it, and be proud of it. It's like a merchants first $1 they earn. No matter how much money they make, there is never going to be a first again. I hope this is the beginning of many.
It is hanging up and we're all proud of it, it's excellent... btw can I have my airbrush back then Steve? Gonna try and sell it I reckon
