Description
The frame and art work (if it can be called that) are mine, as usual, and the young lady, Wanda Kay, is my niece, and I would be proud to call her daughter. She and her children give so much joy and love to those who have the honor of knowing her. How blessed I have been and what a work of art she is. Stephen Ray Armstrong
