Impressive and original!
Absolutely brilliant use of form and color.
You've been snooping around in my dreams! Thoroughly impressed by your ability to translate vision to visual. My compliments.
Very creative. The water reflection/transparency & dramatic lighting look especially good & it's all very well-composed. Nice work.
This is really cool! Not quite sure how you did it.
My guess is you created the rings in Bryce and textured them with a pict of the AM texture used in voyager. Makes for a nice continuity. Nice compositing as well. Goos one!
Wow! Great and original scene! I knew there was something cooking! -I have seen Jamie
s picture with the tentacled plant and was amazed at what can be done with Groboto and now I see this picture with objects from Bryce. So I must conclude its all a matter of skills. Excellent! Paul, it`s your turn to write a tutorial! :-)yes a tutorial... let's go!!!!
Excellent work on this piece...The rings have a very ancient look to them giving it a "ancient ruins" look...an amazing step upward...MORE!!!! My compliments Mr.N
It's a fantastic piece Paul. I agree with Jamie's guess as to how you did it. The final render looks very much like Bryce, particularly the water.
I appreciate all the positive comments! and YES!! , the rings were created in Bryce with a pict texture of the AM Pro image. . . but that is only part of the process. It's been a while since I put together a tut. I guess it's time to put on my tut thinking cap! It could be fun!
What a Strange World!!!!! very cool!
