Description
This is a Mock Riot scenario taking place in the closed West Virginia State Penitetiary. It is held every May by OLETC (Office of Law Enforcement Technology and Comercialization) www.OLETC.com. This year the Galveston County Sheriff's Office attended with seven members observing. Next year we hope to participate.

Heh, yeah, maybe not. Quiet Riot had longer hair from distant memory, and I don't think they wore red stripey stuff either ;) The place looks like a great resource for textures though.
'Banged to rights' as they say in the UK. Cool(er) shot
Attica Attica Attica!!!
