As always you're reflections and "Paula's" smile rocks.....the clothes could be a little tighter around her neck and waist, but that's just detail.....I'd like to see you do some renders with environment....some "real" scenes. Not that these are bad, not at all, but I get the feeling that you're "a little" stuck with this kind of renders....sorry for the harsh words ;)
