Wisdom
When I have ceased to break my wings
Against the faultiness of things,
And learned that compromises wait
Behind each hardly opened gate,
When I can look life in the eyes,
Grown clam and very coldly wise,
Life will have given me the Truth,
And taken in exchange-my youth.

My health is not good, never has been.
I've wasted too much time
breaking my wings, for things I can't change.
For all those I love and have lost. You are in my heart forever.
Life is today and I'm going to live it, with no regrets.
Life is right now.

Leah, your image and words have brought tears in my eyes. But they are not tears of hurt but of hope. Life IS for today and our wings are for flying. If we look around us we have so many things that are worth smiling for and loving. You are such a sensitive and strong person. I wish you all the happiness because you trully deserve it.
