Description
I have updated the room for rent illustration.
----------------------------------------------
I decided to go with the first image as well, so here it is in all it's glory.
Thanks to all the dudes for the previous tips and tweeks, as you can see now, they have been implemented.
The reflections were deliberatly kept out to keep the image soft and simple, and give it that illustration look.
Comments and Critics always welcome.

Bellissimo lavoro, lei molto bravo!!!
Cool looking setup Zen!
Cool ~ my buddy~
I liek the first one. The stripes are a bit distracting. Very cool set up there :)
clean and simple in the right way :)
I prefer the first one too, the scene looks realy good.
Hey cool pic:-)
Thank you for your kind comments. Image has been updated again with a few tweeks in places.
Cool work !!!
Terrific work, bud! :o) Just a few niggling bits, but not about the modeling or the lighting... the door should swing in the opposite direction (think about it), the door knob is located a bit too high (typically 1000mm AFF). Cabinet handles are oriented horizontally, might want to try them vertically. :o) Frames are usually done mitre-cut (45 angles at corners), not to say that this is wrong, just a little unusual. You could use a slightly stronger bumpmap to give more texture to the carpet. :o) Keep them coming!
Thanks Moe for the recommendations, as you can see they have been implemented. At this point I would also like to thank Oshio, SPZ_Desinova and Nomuse for their constructive criticism as well.
