Description
I did this mostly in PSP7, and did some of the background in another prog, but can't remember which one~:[
It was probably one I was experimenting with to see how long I could mess with it before it crashed. ~heh heh;)
Oh, Yeah~ I forgot to mention this is suppose to be an abstract portrait of my brother. If he doesn't like it he shouldn't ham it up in front of my cam, LOL.

I am sure your brother will like it, at least I do! The metal work is great,nice color combination on the face. Maybe I had chosen a simple frame in a dark color to enhance the shining metal, even if I like your frame too.
