Description

Scene from the saxon era, when man had to kill to eat, (couldn't go to the friendly neigbourhood butcher for his steak!!) Cruel maybe but a hard fact of life in those days. Bryce5 + Poser4, again no postwork Pierre

Great render. Beautiful scene. I don't agree with the pose tho. The deer's been killed and yet the hunter is still having his bow drawn without an arrow. Maybe a different pose would tell a better story. JV. :o)

I had venison for the first time last Christmas and I have to say yum! Bring it on. Deer burgers all round. I have no problem at all killing for food. It's when they make a sport out of it I have problems. But, getting a bit political now. Great image. Powerful render. As for the pose, perhaps he was making sure he had killed it. No point letting it suffer.

Excellent POV and a wonderful background vista! I tend to agree with JV on the pose. I think bow at the side and perhaps holding the hatchet might have been better? Very nice work! :)

Very nice render. Wish sometime I could complette a pic like that. Just a little correction: a good hunter would have hold a knife in a hand allready instead of playin' with a bowstring :)
