Description
The old brain, that reptilian beginning
that knows black and white but not gray
that knows to fight, to flee,
but not how to compromise
That sees the world unclear
but keeps it's ears wide open
Some think it's the dark side...
but it's the survivor that resides
within each of us, and we try to
have it sleep...it's undreaming slumber.

Oh, yes! I have one of those. It is so hard to keep it in check! If it ever gets loose...I hate to think. It will KILL to survive!!!This is so un-nerving. The Beast Within.

Interesting multimedia (pic&poem). Definitely a basic part of us all. Sometimes I think we admire its power too much but don't respect its influence enough if that makes sense. Plenty of food for thought, well done.
Thought provoking insight into our primal being Hewsan! Nice use of contrasting styles, the rigid geometric framing depicting the rigidity of control containing but never totally restraining the choas that resides within, those strong contrasts give a good impression of the power that lies there. Nice work ; )

Breaking the beast with a lullaby. Very impressive work! Like others say, makes me thinking... I feel a little confused. I see it around in the world, but I definitely don't want to recognize it IN me... but there it is, I suppose... The contrasts in the picture are really effective!

I find it very disturbing and yet powerful. Your frame adds to the image nicely and the words that go along with it enhance the whole feeling as well.
