My first good Vue picture. Tried to recreated the beauty of an early Kansas morning.

Lots of Kansas don't have many trees. I think you did a good job of recreating a scene out of Kansas. I remember the wind blowing all the time the few times I have been passing through kansas.
iloco, you're right! In many places there aren't too many, especially southwestern and western Kansas. But I live in the eastern part, which is more heavily wooded than most people realize, especially the northeastern part. we moved from southern Michigan to northcentral Kansas, where my family had lived for four generations. It was only a few years after the Dust Bowl years and it seemed like there was just sky and grass. I hated it, at first, but have come to love those open spaces. Most of the trees, then, were just bushes except along the creeks, but now they have all grown tall and there seem to be more and more every year.
"Red sky in morning ..." Terrific as always - even using a different program. :-) Changed my monitor to view yellow, very little red. even prettier.
