OK, here is the close-up of the little bay that you could see in the last render.
PLEASE NOTE:
These materials were created for my planet Vega Sansiena and they were supposed to simulate terrains/vegitation from high altitude renders and to look good "in the horizon" - which I think that they do. :) But (haha) it looks really funky from up close.
The water with the reefs and atolls looks looks good down here though and I wouldn't mind taking a swim in these warm waters.
The white stuff is grey in different lighting and was supposed to look like rock from above, down here I don't know. I know that it's not birdpoop anyway. :) What do you think that it is?
The same Luce-atmospheric effect was used on this one as well, to make it look like the first render.
