Great composition, youre really good with texturing, always subtle, but noticable and never overpowering. I like the delicate pastels on the spiral, in comparison the the more caustic texture and colour in the backdrop. Love your uniquity in your work, always a pleasure to view :)

Rick, my friend, nice compostion. I like the spiral and background. Taking a quick look back at your gallery, I can see many that I like more. I am convinced that you are the best fractal artist here for compositions like this one, but occasionally I wonder what would happen if you built an ugly pile of poop. I'll bet it would be called a poop masterpiece, make into the hot 20 and get 30 comments. That is not to say that you are not one of the best. You are and you deserve the attention that you get, but dang... Just a little perspective from me. No offense intended. -Keith
