Description
Just some old fashioned Brycing. (Or using Bryce for what it was originally meant for.)
And a small bit of touch up with Jasc Paint Shop Pro.

ah... you were doing fine there until you said, "using Bryce for what it was originally meant for." Do you mean Bryce was only meant to be a tool for making landscape scenics? Do you mean that everyone who is using it make other stuff like abstracts or surrealism or sci-fi or stories or cityscapes or modeling or whatever are ABUSING the intent of the software?! --- by-the-way... this IS a pretty picture.
Well if you ever get a chance to ask Ken or Eric, they originally meant to use it as a landscape generator. I suppose that's why they have landscapes on the cover. Other features were added beyond the terrain generator and surrealism, etc. was a happy bonus... There is a bit of history to the software. I never said anyone was abusing it by expanding creative horizions by using it in unusual and unexpected ways. Quite on the contrary, they're doing something exquisite. (Not to mention that I've done some abstracts and renders of imported models using it. If there were any abuses, it was to the computer's processor - in that it's tied up crunching numbers for untold hours.) Unfortuantely it's the companies that have owned Bryce that never saw beyond it's original purpose that have stifled it's potential (or at least never put any money into evolving it into something even more powerful.)
