Very cool! You feel the hustle and bustle of a busy dockyard. I would suggest reducing the glow on your lighting for the top left vessel though.
very cool and well done..I'd also make the shipyard bigger to enhance contrast..with those ships the shypyard should be huge!just an idea it is already very good! textures and lights are excellent!!
