This is not far from the memorial in the following image.
Descreen fine art, snappy contrast, balanced tone on the brightness, aggressive cast removal, and extra hard sharpness. Stone texture added followed by double-vignette framing.
Tried some off-scene spots, but was not satisfied with the results. Looked too hokey, this is a quiet, shaded area.
