Description
A gaming site has a hedgehog mascot. i contacted them, and was told that they already have a full time artist, but to send in some work and they may have something for me to work on.
The above is the 1st completed image in 5 differnt ways. #1 is my orginal. What do you think?
YOu can go here to view their current version of the character. Yes, he looks a lot like Sonic.

very well done. i like the pink one, its cool how you've inverted the colours.
Very nice. Tones are good. More shadows under his pecs and you'll be set. Good job!
Ill say you can still get a job easily.
Thanks, The only news I got back was.."Thanks for the pictures. I've sent it to the Hedgehog (the owner of the company), and he'll get back with you. If nothing else, your work will be a fine addition to our upcoming 'Fan Art' page." For me, getting any kind of job as a artist has become impossible. There's nothing "easy" about it.
