Wonderful Work!
Very cloud storm clouds. A picture or did you render them?
@SHAYHURS: it is a part of a picture that I transformed in a terrain to compose this cloud.

Love the technique used on the clouds, they look amazing, and really make this picture great.
Those clouds are wonderful. One (hopefully) helpful suggestion - The bright, sunlit clouds don't completely fit with the soft lighting on the other parts of the scene. If you make sure the lighting in the scene matches the bright light on the clouds, it would put this image over the top.
Aye, aside from what archetype said, the cloud's source image's resolution is too small, and contrasts with the scene. Also, there are lots of compression artifacts. You could stretch the quality, this file is still pretty small and it wouldn't hurt to compress it less. Also, the pict-based boats look completely cheesy. Ther are plenty of actual 3D boats online, try using some of those!
