this isn't too bad... I think that with the logo being very scratchy around the edges, it would make it hard to resize it with clearity.. i think the logo would be much more effective with out the sctatchy outer edge... and with a solid color... I don't know what the customer has in mind though... they are the ones who need to be happy...
