Déja vu ? Partially yes - Same place, but different time and perspective...
After a short visit, kitshy deers have being sent back to their fairy tale poser world. In the calm dawn of following day, striders reappeared. Those majestic & big but skittish creatures came back for feeding. Their planet is located in central regions of Milky way, where distances between stars are much shorter than on galactic peripheries where Earth’s Sun can be found. In such highly crowded region, gravitational interactions between stars are frequent – since several hundred years striders home planet orbit started to shift slightly as consequence of close passage of a star. It resulted in profound climatic changes and destruction of natural habitats of many species. Indigenous civilization tries to protecting their endangered species. In feeding generators synthetic organisms are quickly grown on hydrocarbon nutrient.

All the rest was made in Vue - feeders were made from double terrains & boolean operations on primitives, alien plants were obtained by assembling of cactus & corals. Distant city was build from Â…. tableware shipped with Vue :-)
- 350 objects
- 4.5 mln polygons
- 15 lights
rendering time of 3500 x 2600 picture (resized later) - 30 hours (AMD Athlon 2000 + 1GB RAM)

from Worm Blaster Virus that eat my antyvirus... and make a lot of mess inside
my computer (fortunately it attacked only my laptop - my desktop has no internet
connection) I never understood those stupid bastards who write viruses...

Everything that I could say on this work the other friends in Renderosity already had expressed. Simply perfect!!! I do not know to use the program "Vue" but IMO I consider you one of the best artists in the use of this program. "my vote" .

wow,indeed!! impressive image. dali was also what came to my mind when i first saw it. ( i had that wormvirus ,too. fixed it with a proggie from the norton-hp :)

I think i have overseen this - mostly probably because i dont normally open images that size. But this is fantastic, really fantastic. Very creative and special.
Kopara opadla mi do samego bejsmentu. Ach jak ja zazdroszcze takiej kolorystyki Vue. Wszystko fajne - zwlaszcza te dlugie cienie na piasku. Zawsze lubilem robic zdjecia o tej porze dnia. :) Wszystko juz zostalo napisane powyzej, wiec nie bede sie powtarzal. Kolejna superpraca na miare polskiej grafiki, kta jaka jest kazdy moze sie przekonac ogladajac Twoje prace... :) Mirek_____+v

Czy aby napewno pochodzisz z tego wymiaru ? ;) Bardzo mozliwe ze na jednym z "innych swiatow" tak wlasnie toczy sie zycie. Jak dla mnie to wyciskasz z Vue wszystko co mozliwe albo i wiecej. V++++++++++ ps. osada w tle jest super !
