I can't imagine why you would render it so high for TV?!??! Still, I look forward to the animation. Sometimes the simplest scenes are our favorites!
The image is rendered so high to avoid "flicking" due to distant details.. It's render high, then composed with the differents SFX and then it's rendered with (fields) in D1 pal.
I know is original art, but it reminds me of the Matrix episode one. I mean it as a compliment.
