I Love the model, The shere is so detailed and really adds to the ship. Excellent Job!
Nice. I am always impressed how some people can work real life photo's in with their own stuff. Wouldn't of known the moon was a real photo if you wouldn't of told us. It fits together that well. Good job. Cheers to you too. :O)
Fascinating... splendid image... incredible detail on ship! Bravo!
Very nicely done!!! Now if we can just put these type of images into reality and get our asses past the moon will be ok...:)Excellent job...
It is a fantastic model. Nice to see how the journey began. I don't know if you've ever mentioned before. Is this in the same universe as 2001,2010 and if so, when is this set? Before, during, after?
Great shot!
2001 is one of my favorite movies. You've done a great job of recreating it
thats awesome, just luv it ya :o]
What a image my God! Excellent work!
You capture the vastness of space superbly. And your modeling is beyond excellent.
It is the starship "Discovery" from the film 2001: a space... Great model.
Hey everyone thanks for all your comment about this picture but, it's not the Discovery1 from 2001 a Space Odyssey. When I first started working on this model I stated that I did take the basic shape of the Discovery but, if you look at this model the USS Yorktown as opposed to the Discovery1 youll see where the similarities start and end. Check out http://www.bambam131.com/ussyorktown/5viewsyorktown1aa.jpg You'll see what I mean. Cheers, David
Amazing modeling!
