The pain IS!

I came upon this image via a link off of crrunchyfrog's favorite images list. My grandmother had the disease, and she lived with us in her last days. I too used profanity when the page loaded...but in a good way...if that's possible to understand.

Wow, that really hit me, before I read your comment, the first thing I thought of was my grandmother who had alzhiemers for many years. this is so surreal and yet, so very accurate.
