Very cool, MI. Oh, and a note to pnevai -- this is how the suit looks in the upcoming live action Spiderman movie. Changing the design would kinda defeat the purpose of doing it.
It is just that the spider on the front gives the impression of being a hole in the chest. Some texture or other detail to make it appear like it is part of the outfit would help alot. Other than this one final little quirk, the effort is outstanding.

His lower legs are too short? This is the standard Poser model with a different skin. It's obvious you don't use Poser.

I like it, but the left eye looks like it's a billionth of an inch smaller then the right one. Just kidding, I still need to tweak up the original texture for the feet.

the model is great, but as you say its curious labs not you who made this model :-) the texture is very nice but i think a image should have more to offer then a great texture. so 10 points for the texture and 9 for the whole image. its a nice modell scene, but not that impressiv as whole image. great work!!
