OK...so I'm a Bryce Guy usually, This is my first attempt at a lightwave shot. Pretty simple I know. Its a straight render from lightwave 6.5, Part of a project for work....anyway hit me with the comments. I know I need some big time improvements. Thanks, KAP

I think it looks great. I especially like how the tree's leaves show through the curtain - nicely done.

Hmmmm....helpful criticism? The only weird thing I see is that the light rays at the top appear to be curving AROUND the curtain sort of. Hope that's useful. And now, what I WANTED to say is just "Very nice! I especially like the rug and wall textures."

I think that is the curtain texture doing that curvy thing...I think I forgot to map it on the right coordinates

nah it looks heaps kewl. but you could say the sun light is coming at an angle that could just look good. it is a really good effect. keep it up. are you sure its your first light wave try.
