Very -very- nice image. Love the fairy, she rocks. My one suggestion is shadowing. There should be some sort of shadowing around her, where she stands, and around the mushrooms and crystals. It tends to make them blend in more, makes it look as if it's supposed to be there. The background is absolutely stunning, and I think you did a wonderful job here.
