Got to drive that coast once. Your shots are really pulling me back. It's something special.
Gorgeous greens and blues, and lovely flower. Excellent work, as always. =)
Another beaut....so Romantic...just Hold Me :)
fantastic shot! i've driven it- dying to go back & visit relatives in Or. :]
This is fantastic! Love how the DOF is sharp from forground to background. What a gorgeous coastline.
Beautiful colours and composition Steve:) The DOF is awesome..what were you using 24mm with f32?
Now I know for sure, your are growing yellow flowers in your garden for these occasions. You hit my landscape-snare again.
Beautiful classical composition.
Oh! So that's how... @PapaGuru's just opened my eyes! That's so clever of you, Steve... Now come on, admit it, you're carying the sky around in your pocket too, together with those rainbows from Elvis song that I keep thinking of when I see your shots! :)))
You have outdone yourself here...this is friggin' awesome! Wow! VOTE I am glad you pulled this out of the archives.
Another wonderful photograph!! Love the flowers, and the DOF is super!! Great job!!
The foreground creates a interesting perspective - Very nice work -
The comments are much appreciated! :-) @Tedz... consider yourself held, Big Man. :-) @davidhate... It's been quite a while so I'm not sure. I never take notes on my settings (too lazy). I do know that it's Kodak Royal Gold 200 print film, it was a hand-held shot, and that for shots like this I always aim for the deepest DOF. I don't trust myself at anything less than 125/sec usually, so my guess is this was 28mm @ f22 @ 125/sec. Just a guess. :-)
Love these Oregon coast shots...makes me REALLY want to visit one day soon...excellent once again.
Love the brightly coloured foreground. this is another great F+J snap.
Truly exquisite on every level...wonderful sharpness and pure poetry as regards the compositional details!
I love this photo Steve what a superb view, I can almost feel the sun on my face. Well captured as always. Do you carry that yellow flower around with you wherever you go for added effects?
beautiful image
Very nice, fits well with the music I'm playing =)
