Not too bad at all! Do you have Bodypaint, or are you doing this all with standard maps (ugh!)? I might add another Poly or two for the ears, give them a tiny bit of depth!
For a model of such a low poly count thats very well done. Any plans for an animation with him?
respect, game modelling is imho harder than highpolymodelling
Well the ears do actually have gemoetric depth but I guess you can't tell in the render. There are more polygons in there than what it looks like being only 3 : There are a few things/ maybe mistakes I made while making this but I'm always learning from my mistakes and therfore I always strive to make my next work better, I take it steps at a time. For example I'll be honest about what you "dont" see in the renders is a very bad but not big streching of texture in the armpits of the front legs but the entire texture work I made in general is 50% better than my last Bodypaint project which literally had noticable seams at every other polygon :D, though this model shares the same flaws but to a much lower extent, I am no doubt getting better at this. Maybe my biggest mistake I realized was by making the entire texture of the dog (excluding collar) into one single texture map. Anyway the next step for me might be getting down and dirty with Photoshop texture mapping, ug I know, once you know bodypaint anything else seems so much more tedious O/
