Description
Treasure beneath the depths,
thats what you are,
and while the waves of this ocean
can rage so horribly,
tis you, beauteous one
who brings the deep dark calm..
Happy Birthday my Colm......

Syyd, this is gorgeous!!! What a lovely gift for Colm! Colm, happy birthday, once again! Love to you both!
Dearest Syyd. Thankyou so much for this. It is the best birthday present ever. It is such a beautiful image. One of your best. All my love to you always and forever...Colm...XXX
I love the watercolor look to it! (Symbolic of underwater?) She looks beautiful; it's a great presentation of DCort's character and a really fine work all its own -- dark, dreamy, and very much like a painting.
wow..well i know you are a great artist :-)without to know Colm..yes happy birthday also

Syyd when I first saw this I was very impressed. Now I am absolutely floored by your talent and loving nature. Your diversity in art rises to new hieghts with each new piece you do. Colm and many of us are very lucky to have you in our lives. You inspire us and challenge us to soar with your art and I want to thank you for that. And again happy birthday Colm you lucky dog you!

Syyd - I do not know you personally, but I have been a great fan of your work for quite some time. Amazing. It is humbling to be amongst such artists as those that reside in this community. God Bless - and "Happy Birthday, Colm!" - Lop
I see you are take by posterization and the water color look to your images. Poser works so well for these images and you certainly have a excellent art neuvo style. Nice work Syyd
I am in love...Sis this is one of the best pictures I have ever seen. Incredible work!
GREAT!! fantastic feel to this
Amazing work Syyd, this is my new favorite of yours, love everthing about it. Happy Birthday Colm, have one on me mate ;)
Beautiful and silent and piercing and still. All your love captured and displayed, and the world stopped spinning just for an instant - as it always will for true love.
Simply stunning!
Wonderful art piece, seems a square carried out in etching, the effect of light believes him a very particular climate, I like the range of colors that it used for this design, the model's position believes movement. Simply spectacular!!!!!...8).
thank you one and all, I just wanted this to be a success for Colm. There is no posterization filter on this image, only a a slight water color, to add to the watery feeling of the image. Thanks pnevai, for your astute commentary. I achieved the color by matching them.
I look into her eyes and I see them gazing back. All the dark pretty colors swirling around you have really given DCorts mermaid a look that is stunning and uniquely your own. You and Colm are so inspirational to so many, in your artworks and in your love. Wishing you both lots of happy thoughts!
Syyd...I have to agree whole-heartedly with Morris...I sat here, thinking to myself, that she was looking at me. Wonderufl! Demago2
U never cease to amaze...ever!:)Riko.
