Brynhild the Valkyrie. Valkyrie means she who chooses warriors destined to die in battle. They are dispensers of destiny which power extends only to men, namely warriors. They decide on the field of a battle the victory to one of the sides, which warrior will die or which will be admited to Valhalla. So, who does this Valkyrie choose?

Meli, your are too much! This is yet another testament to why you are so admired... fantastic is just a word in the shadow of your talent and persona. Thank you for sharing this with us dear.

A fitting tribute. I hope Nagishiva keeps up with the demands. The beauty of ragged and smooth and armored is all up the coast and into the valleys.

I love your art. I tuoi personaggi mi attraggono perchli guardi e li riguardi interrogandoti sui loro pensieri. Non sempre semplice intuirli :) Great work my friend :)

Well what is left - I know how great 2 can be - It has not always been that way for me - So my prayer is for 2 - as 1 - this will keep you strong - #2 I pray that some magic would enable my hand to learn a skill as beautiful as your gift to draw - and if not let me win the lottery :) lol - always need a backup plan -

Stupendo lavoro Meli..!!! ha una prospettiva e profonditrealmente considerabile...!! l'ubicazione del punto di vista in diagonale aiuto a ci senza posto a dubbi un gran disegno elaborato in forma impeccabile...!!!

The only work that have not been said about this drawing is "BRAVO !" here it is now :D Wonderful drawing and present ...Cool :)

super drawing

This is sooooo cool!! =) I love it!!

I love everything about this sketch. Her pose is very authoritative and perfect in placement. Her armor has such wonderful detail as does the background, and the entire composition. I absolutely love the dimentional work in the painting behind her. The work on the fire in the dish on the painting is so great. It actually looks like she could turn around and walk into the painting as if it was just another hallway in her castle. I remember the story of Brunhilde and what happened to her when she defied Odin. I really love everything about that time period. Your composition has brought new life to that time. Excellent work Meli!...Cheryl

Again an awesome sample of your great creativity and skills..hair is wonderful!!!!

Le valchirie sono un mio punto debolissimo (parlo di Wagner e della mitologia, ovviamente :)) e non posso che apprezzare infinitamente questo tuo disegno. Un bellissimo regalo.
